Wilfred William Harold Gaus, 85, of Thomasville, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019, at his home.

Born June 1, 1934, in Listowel Ontario, Canada, he was a son of the late Albert Gaus and the late Bella Lucas Gaus.

Mr. Gaus is survived by his wife of forty-six years, Frances Anderson Gaus of the home; sons, Kenneth Gaus and wife Maggie, and Kevin Gaus and wife Michelle; daughters, Wendy Gaus, and Karen Otto and husband Jason all of Canada; step-sons, Gregory Doss and wife Rhonda of Thomasville, and Richard Doss and wife Robin of Myrtle Beach; and brother, Ronald Gaus and wife Margaret of Canada; and many grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Clayton Gaus and William Gaus.

Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 22, 2019, in the gathering room of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Rev. Bob Summers officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.
