Tyler Wayne Smith

Tyler Wayne Smith, 32, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021.

Born January 17, 1989, in Guilford County, he was a son of Char-Lee Venuto Smith of Jamestown and the late Donald Wayne Smith. Tyler graduated from Southwest Guilford High School in 2007 and he enjoyed golf and roller hockey.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Austin Smith of Jamestown; grandmother, Jane Smith of Archdale; aunts, Paula Djakiew (Dan) of Virginia, Teresa Venuto of South Carolina, Mindy Venuto of Virginia, Dawn Smith (Jerry Odell) of High Point, and Lori Smith of Greensboro; uncles, Charles Venuto of Florida, Ben Venuto (Amanda) of Colorado, and Mike Ussery (Stephanie) of South Carolina; and several cousins.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Saturday, March, 6, 2021, at Jamestown United Methodist Church. Inurnment will follow in the church columbarium.
