Shelia Clark Petty, 71, of High Point, passed away Saturday, April 3, 2021, at High Point Medical Center.
Born October 20, 1949, in Guilford County, she was a daughter of the late Arthur Clark and the late Alma Juanita Maner Clark Gray. Mrs. Petty retired from High Point Regional Hospital with twenty-five years of service and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Petty of the home; son, Jeffrey Petty of High Point; daughter, Lisa Petty of Thomasville; brothers, Ronnie Clark of Georgia, and Austin Gray, Jr. and wife Julia of Thomasville; sister, Lavenia Harper of Thomasville; granddaughter, Kalyn Petty; and great-grandson, Alex Smith.
Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Thursday, April 8, 2021, in the chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Rev. Casey Bradford officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service.
