Roy Lee Hale, Jr., 48, of Trinity, passed away Friday, April 3, 2020, at his home.

Born May 24, 1971, in Russell County, Virginia, he was a son of the late Roy Lee Hale, Sr, and the late Betty Rainwater Hale. Roy was a volunteer fireman in Lebanon, Virginia for many years and was a member of God’s House of Prayer for His Glory.

He is survived by his wife, Annette Oxendine Hale; stepdaughters, Delisha Oxendine, and Lakeisha Oxendine; brothers, Ronnie Hale (Beatrice), and Willard Hale; sisters, Betty Jean Cleary (Tommy), Phyllis Hale, and Alice Dolinger (Garney).

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Cox.

Services will be at a later date.
