Obituary
Phyllis Elaine Gilley Yarborough, 68, of Archdale, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at her home.
Born October 15, 1953, in Surry County, she was a daughter of Erline Cranford of Archdale and the late Oliver Ray Gilley of Mt Airy. Phyllis was in medical billing and collections with Cone Health with over twenty years of service. She was a member of Fairfield United Methodist Church, was a dog and cat lover and loved pickles.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Walter Meier of the home; son, Chris Frazier and wife Eva of Easley, SC; daughter, Jennifer Young and husband John of Lexington; brother, David Gilley and wife Joy of Archdale; sisters, Joy Shinholser and husband Terry of Wilmington, grandchildren, Taylor Frazier, Patrick Young and Nathan Young.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Gilley.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2:30 PM October 2, 2022, at Fairfield United Methodist Church, Archdale with Reverend Rich Tuttle officiating.
The Family will visit with friends following the service.
