Peggy Nicholson Thompson, 80, of Thomasville, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2020, at Abbotts Creek Center.

Born September 1, 1940, in Davidson County, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Nicholson and the late Mozelle Bowers Martin.

She is survived by her children, Tammy Barton (Richard) of Trinity, Roger Thompson (Candy) of Thomasville, Larry Thompson (Jill) of Calabash, and Sharon Thompson of Thomasville; special sister-in-law and dear friend, Toni Nicholson of Thomasville; grandchildren, Chad Shoe (Val), Kristain Barton, Matthew Barton, Taylor Spencer (Ryan), Abby Sharpnack (Adam), Katie Fulp (Dylan), Micah Constant (Bret), Hunter Thompson, Kristin Pope (Jeremy), and Lucas Fulk (Morgan); great-grandchildren, Hannah Shoe, Haven Shoe, Kayley Newman, Levi Constant, Josie Constant, Lily Pope, Rose Pope, Taylor Fulk, and Logan Fulk; nephew, Brian Nicholson; and grand-dogs, Ziggy and Molly.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Raymond Nicholson, Jr., and stepfather, Robert Martin.

Graveside services will be private.
