Mary Burrow Willis, 74, of High Point, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2019, at her home.

Born May 2, 1945, in Guilford County, she was a daughter of the late Roy Burrow and the late Sally Moss Burrow.

Ms. Willis is survived by her daughters, Melissa Varner (J.C.) of Thomasville, Cindy Tysinger (Alan) of Pleasant Garden, Liz Spence of Archdale, and Amanda Arocha (John) of Trinity; sisters, Ruth Welch of High Point, and Brenda Kimsey of Jacksonville, Florida; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Douglas Wayne Parris, and sister, Louise Overman.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at Unity Baptist Fellowship in Sophia with Rev. Jimmy Kiker officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.
