Linda (Weaver) Howard

Linda Weaver Howard, 73, of Archdale, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024, at her home.

Born May 24, 1951, in Guilford County, she was a daughter to the late Gene Grayson Weaver, Sr. and the late Laura Juanita Shelley Weaver. She married the late Terry Wayne Howard June 18, 1967. Linda was a great mother and grandmother. She loved shopping and loved her coffee from Wet Whistle in Archdale. Spending time with her sister-in-law, Judy, was one of her favorite things to do.

She is survived by her son, Stephen Howard (Kimberly) of Gate City, VA; daughter, Marsha Jarrett (Dean) of Trinity; grandchildren, Victoria Broadbent (Liam), Coy Jarrett, Tyler Howard and Courtney Jarrett; and sister-in-law, Judy Weaver.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Wayne Howard on Feb. 18, 2003; brother, Grayson Weaver, Jr.; and sister Karen Weaver-Overman.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, June 20, 2024, in the Archdale Chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Reverend Marty Frazier officiating.

Burial will follow in Ebenezer Community Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Wright Funerals-Cremation, Archdale Chapel
