Glenn Lewis Myers, Sr., 91, of High Point, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at Brookdale Assistant Living.
Born April 1, 1929, in Davidson County, he was the son of the late Lillie Clodfelter Myers. Lewis was a US Army veteran of the Korean War and the VFW Post 9899. He was the retired owner of Glenn Lewis Myers Plumbing & Repair and a member of Covenant Church United Methodist.
Lewis is survived by his son, Glenn Myers, Jr. and wife Susan of Mocksville; grandsons, Jason Myers and wife Jillian, and Robert Myers and wife Courtney; great-grandchildren, Andrew, Lilly, Luke, Lydia, June, and Ford.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Major Myers.
The family will hold a drive though visitation from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Saturday, May 30, 2020, at the Mausoleum Chapel of Floral Garden Park.
A private service will be held by Rev. Darren Alexander.
Memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Church United Methodist in High Point or First United Methodist Church in Mocksville.
