Joyce Vanita Price

Joyce Price peacefully released her hold on this earth on February 1, 2020, at 8:45 AM.

She is survived by her two incredible children, Jennifer Moore of McLeansville and Michael Moore of High Point; her three siblings (and their families) Jerry Price of Monroe, NC, Sandi Baldridge of Moneta, VA and Chani McFetridge of Portsmouth, VA; her Daddy, Charles Dunn and his wife Shirley of Virginia Beach, VA; multiple extended family and sooo many friends!

Joyce loved and was loved fiercely by many and will be sorely missed. Her life was a continuous string of adventures and we (her children) want to hear about all the shenanigans and see the pictures her friends and family have collected over the years. So, to honor her, we are doing things as she would have wanted.

A memorial service will be held at Foster Street Wesleyan Church in Asheboro, NC on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at 2PM. A celebration of life will be held at a future date (momma loved a good party and specifically requested this). 

Her children respectfully request NO CUT FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS. Instead, please send live plants that can be nurtured and kept in her memory for years to come OR make a donation in her memory to Hospice Home of High Point (this is our preferred choice) where she and her family were treated like royalty in her final days .
