On Tuesday, May 10, 2022, Jennifer Coryell Wittmann passed away at 41 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Jennifer was born on March 17, 1981, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Paul Coryell Wittmann and the late Roma Elizabeth Shumaker Wittmann, and a twin sister to Danielle Cherise Wittmann Stapleton. Paul and Roma relocated the twins to San Diego, California in 1984. Jennifer excelled in school, soccer, and dance and enjoyed other activities such as girl scouts.
Following on from San Diego after her BA in social work, Jennifer received her Master’s degree in social work from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2008. Jennifer continued her career in social work in Winston-Salem, North Carolina in September of 2012. She enjoyed collecting antiques, walking through beautiful flower gardens, and meeting lifelong friends.
Jenn was silly, sentimental, and caring with a loving heart. She would send letters or drop off small, thoughtful gifts to let you know she was thinking of you. She adored cats, any cat but especially her own. They were like her children to her. She will be missed terribly, loved always, and never forgotten.
She is survived by her sister Danielle and brother-in-law Zach Stapleton of San Diego, California.
A Celebration of life will be held in San Diego, CA, on June 11,2022 at 11:00 am at Crown Point Bay.
