Debora Ann (Presnell) Hagar

Debora Ann Presnell Hagar, 67, of High Point, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born December 11, 1955, in Gastonia, NC, she was the daughter of the late Carl Presnell and the late Ruby Garner Presnell.  Debora was a CPA and a college professor, she also was a member at Spirit of Life Ministries.

She is survived by her husband, Wayne Phillips of the home; brothers, Jimmy Presnell (Janet) and John Presnell; grandchildren, Ben Smith, Aaron Smith, and Dylan Smith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Julie Hagar Smith and a granddaughter, Teresa Hagar.
