Christopher Andrew Hooven, 51, of High Point, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born April 26, 1970, in Guilford County, he was a son of Janet Felts Wagner and husband Ray of High Point and the late Elmer Hooven,

In addition to his mother and stepfather, he is survived by his wife, Amy Tetu Hooven of Myrtle Beach; son, Cody Quesenberry of Hillsville, Virginia; daughters, Victoria Kushner, and Georgia Kushner both of Charlotte; brothers, Charles Hooven and wife Kim of Trinity, Keith Wagner and wife Cindy of Greensboro, Terry Wagner and wife Vicki of Kernersville, and Bret Wagner of Trinity; sisters, Beverly Pekkala and husband John of Trinity, Dee Gibbs and husband Don of High Point.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Vivian Morrison.

Memorial services will conducted at 3:00 PM Saturday, October 16, 2021, in the chapel of High Country Service Funeral and Cremation in Galax, Virginia.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM prior to the service.
