Bobby Ray Beeson, Sr., 80, of Jamestown, passed away Monday, January 30, 2023, at his home.

Born March 31, 1942, in Guilford County, a son of the late Henry Clay Beeson and the late Bertha Jane York Beeson. Bobby was the owner of Bobby R. Beeson Construction for fifty years, was an avid golfer and an amateur drag racer.

He is survived by his wife, Dale Davis Beeson of the home; son, Bobby Beeson, Jr. and wife Shelley of Jamestown; daughter, Karen Hardee and husband Brian of Lexington; brothers, Roger Beeson of Archdale, and Henry Beeson, Jr. of Clemmons; sister, Sylvia Hall of Archdale; grandchildren, Matthew Beeson of Florida, Courtney Cornelison of Marion, Brian Hardee, Jr. of Lexington, Garrett Hardee of Lexington, and Patrick Hardee of Lexington; and great-grandchildren, Levi, Abigail, and Landis.
