William Edward Morris

William Edward Morris (Ed), 79, of High Point, passed away on September 13, 2019 in Greensboro, NC.

Ed was born in St. Louis, Missouri to Aaron and Ann Morris on November 14, 1939. He married Phyllis Duggins Craven on July 18, 1987 and just recently celebrated 32 wonderful years of marriage. He worked as a musician for almost all his life where he excelled at playing the accordion.  He loved his family and will truly be missed.

Ed is preceded in death by his mother Anne Morris, his father Aaron Morris, his daughter Karen Sturivaint, and his sister Joann Hance

Ed is survived by his wife Phyllis Morris, his son James Morris wife Mariam of Summerfield, his stepdaughter Suzanne Howell husband Scott of Stokesdale, his grandchildren Leah, Hannah, and Abby.

A Celebration of Life has been planned at 11am on September 28, 2019 at Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church located at 9931 Archdale Rd, Trinity, NC 27370.
