William Blaine Lunsford

William Blain Lunsford, 39, of Sophia, North Carolina, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021.

William was born in Bristol, Tennessee to Zollie Blaine Lunsford and Dora Marie Hill on June 1, 1982.  He worked as a machine operator for many years for Sapona Manufacturing and more recently worked for Wal-mart in the stock room.  He enjoyed shooting his gun and hunting as well as fishing.  He loved his family who he was very close to and was a proud and loving brother and uncle.

William is preceded in death by his father Zollie Blaine Lunsford and his nephew Christopher Blaine Kennedy.

William is survived by his mother Dora Marie Hill; sister, Jody Hunt and fiancé Mark Thomas; brothers, Phillip W. Lunsford and fiancé Nikki Martin, James C. Lunsford and wife Meshonda, Robert Lunsford; sister Monica Lunsford; and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces whom he adored.
