Walter Howard Young, 84, of Greensboro, passed away Friday, April 28, 2017 at Hospice at High Point.
Born January 29, 1933, in Tazwell, VA, he was the son of the late Agnes Lewis Young and the late Thomas Young. Mr. Young retired from the US Army after 20 years of service.
He is survived by daughters, Patty Chesnut and husband Thomas, Deanna Duran and husband Patrick, and Denise Carroll; and thirteen grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was pre deceased by a daughter, Terry Young.
