Walter Kent Hipps, 68, of High Point, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021, at his home.
Born April 30, 1953, in Buncombe County, he was the son of the late Walter Henry Hipps and the late Carolyn Spivey Hipps. Walter was a auto restorer.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Hipps of the home; son, Walter Kenny Hipps of Georgia; daughter, Melanie Alyce Hendrix (John) of Gastonia; grandchildren, Alexander Hendrix, Allie Alyce Hipps, and Jackson Hipps.
