Virginia "Dianne" (Johnson) Garrison

Virginia “Dianne” Garrison, 71, of Sophia, passed away on February 18, 2021 peacefully at her residence.

Dianne was born in Stanley County to James & Bertie Johnson on November 7, 1949. Dianne was a simple woman who loved her family. You could always find her at some sporting event watching her grandkids play. They could always count on “MawMaw to be there whenever she could. She will truly be missed by her family and friends.

Dianne is preceded in death by her father James Johnson, her mother Bertie Johnson Richardson, her brother David Johnson wife Kim, and her sister Lydia Johnson.

Dianne is survived by her daughters Charlene Elliott husband Mark, and LeeAnn Kern husband Brian, her son Mark Garrison, her brother Neal Johnson wife Lisa, her sister Penny Harris, she also leaves behind her grandchildren Malea, Wyatt, Tyler, Knixon, and Maddox.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
