Tracy Dawn (Davis) Howell

Tracy Dawn Howell, 57, of Burlington, NC passed away on August 30, 2019 in High Point, NC.

Tracy was born in Burlington, NC to Charles E. Davis and Margaret M. Slaughter on May 4, 1962.  She went to school in Greensboro, NC. She married James C. Howell on February 14, 1999.  She worked as a Housekeeper for Oak Hollow Mall for a number of years.  She very much enjoyed playing chess with her son JC. She loved watching The Andy Griffith Show and M.A.S.H. Her biggest passion was her family and living life with them. She loved the outdoors and dragon flies.

Tracy is preceded in death by her father Charles E. Davis.

Tracy is survived by her husband James C.Howell, son James C. Howell II of High Point, NC, step-son Joseph Lee Lyons Howell wife Caroline of High Point, NC, daughter Emily D. Howell of High Point, NC, step-daughter Tamara Locklear husband Daniel of Archdale, NC, brother Barry D. Davis of Greensboro, NC, sister Cindy Davis of Pleasant Garden, sister Tamrey Davis of High Point, NC, grandchildren Melody, Karen, Emaleigh and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 11am at Guil-Rand Memorial Park Cemetery, 1550 NC HWY 62 W, High Point, NC 27263. Rev David Kleeberg with be officiating.
