Tony W. Williams, 63, of Trinity entered Heaven’s gate Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Born October 16, 1952 in Guilford County, he was a son of Avis Shelton Williams and the late Weldon Williams. Tony was a National Guard veteran and a lifetime building contractor. He was a true outdoorsman who loved riding his Harley and was always joyful and upbeat. Tony loved Jesus and his family with all his heart, and he was a member of Hayworth Wesleyan Church.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of forty-one years, Janie Farlow Williams of the home; son, Scott Williams and wife Teresa of Greenville, SC; daughter, Amy Manning and husband Alex of Kannapolis; and sister, Di-Ann Williams of Archdale.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his brother, Tim Williams.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Saturday, December 19, 2015 in the Fine Arts Center of Wesleyan Christian Academy with Rev. Brian Matherlee and Rev. David Emery officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:45 PM Saturday prior to the service at the Fine Arts Center.
