Tommy Greenwood, 77, of Asheboro, passed away Friday, December 8, 2017, at Randolph Hospice House.
Born August 27, 1940, in Nichols, SC, he was a son of the late Leonard Greenwood and the late Mazelle Martin Greenwood.
Mr. Greenwood is survived by his daughter, Angela Greenwood; brothers, Eddie Greenwood, and Lonnie Greenwood; sisters, Lois Watts, and Mae Nance; grandson, Samuel Hayes; special friends, Sandra Solomon, Michael Hughes and wife Savannah, and Leah Hughes.
Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 PM at Potters Clay Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Steven Jones and Rev. Wayne Canham officiating.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 2:45 PM prior to the service at the church.
Wright Cremation & Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
