Thomas “Tom” Peter Taggert, Jr., 75, of High Point, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022, at Westchester Manor.
Born, November 26, 1946 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Thomas Peter Taggert, Sr. and the late Helen DeFrance Taggert. Thomas proudly served in the United States Army for six years, and was a faithful employee of Tribuzie Williard Studios for over twenty years. He was an esteemed musician artist. Tom contributed much of his time to his community and will be greatly missed by not only his family but his church family and dear friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sandra Harper Taggert in 2008.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters; Kerry Taggert (Brian Clodfelter) of Thomasville, Mary Goldston of Fuquay Varina; son, Thomas “Toby” Peter Taggert, III (Salome) of Athens, Alabama; twin brother, Roger Taggert of High Point; and grandchildren Christian, Brayson, Brooklyn, Davon, and Braydon.
A celebration of Thomas’s life will be held at a later time.
