Thomas Myron Sherwood, 78, of Greensboro, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2018, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born December 16, 1939, in Royalton, Massachusetts, he was a son of the late Warren Sherwood and the late Doris Buckley Sherwood. Mr. Sherwood was a US Marine Corps veteran and the retired Vice-President of Brooks General Contractors for forty years.

He is survived by his sons, Scott Sherwood of Greensboro, and Richard Sherwood and wife Ann of Pleasant Garden; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Suzanne Stowell Sherwood.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at Jamestown United Methodist Church.
