Thomas Ray Finch

Thomas Ray Finch, 81, of Trinity, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Born June 17, 1944, in Newport News, VA to the late Thomas Monroe Finch and the late Julia Ester Edwards Finch. Thomas was a U S Army veteran and retired from the City of High Point Fire Department, where he was a fire equipment operator. He later retired from truck driving with JL Rothrock Trucking.

He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Ozment of Archdale; grandchildren, Lindsey Ozment, Amber Crotts (Emery), Eli Stanley, Bennett Ozment, Lynnlee Crotts; son-in-law, Dale Ozment; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Diana Finch on August 26, 2025, and his sister, Dorothy Davis.
