Teri Church, 34, of Hickswood Rd., passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at her home.
Born August 23, 1981 in Guilford County, she was a daughter of Terry and Lola Lewis Church.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Chele Fleming and husband Chad; brother, Marty Church and wife Crystal.
