Sylvia Cleveland Mcneill

Sylvia Cleveland McNeill, 72, of High Point, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022, at High Point Medical Center.

Born June 14, 1950, in Guilford County, she was a daughter of the late Warren Howard Cleveland and the late Greathel Wright Cleveland. Sylvia worked in furniture and has been a member of Hilliard Memorial Baptist Church since 1953.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Dennis McNeil of the home; daughters, Christine Andrews of Thomasville and Leah Becker of Arkansas; sister, Dolores Hagans and husband Jimmy of Trinity; grandchildren, Emma Hutson, Rachel Hutson, Catherine Sheffield, and Thomas Sheffield.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 15, 2022, in the High Point Chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Rev. C.W. Moss officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Garden Park.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM prior to the service.
