Suzie Mabe

Sherry Suzanne “Suzie” Mabe, 59, of Archdale, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at her home.

Born October 12, 1963, in Guilford County, she was a daughter of Bobby Gene Mabe of Archdale and the late Carol Davis Mabe. Suzie was a 1981 graduate of Trinity High School and graduated from Forsyth Technical College with a degree in human relations. She was a loving homemaker, enjoyed good music and the beach, especially Cherry Grove.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her son, Billy West of Archdale; daughter, Maggie Collins of Archdale; step daughter, Cori Collins of Archdale; the father of her children and best friend, Cleston Collins of Archdale; sister, Lorie McCroskey and husband Bobby of Archdale; grandchildren, Elvieann Spencer, and Lexi Wilson; niece, Priscilla McCroskey, and nephew, Jack McCroskey.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at Wright Funerals-Cremations, Archdale.
