Steven Brandon Rudd

Steven Brandon Rudd, father, son, brother and friend, went to be with Jesus on Sunday, May 23, 2021.

Brandon was born in Thomasville, North Carolina to Steven Rudd and Angie Rudd on April 13, 1985.  He graduated from Southern Guilford High School in 2003 and achieved an associate degree from Guilford Technical Community College.  Brandon was a man of many interests and talents ranging from Hydroponic farming and fishing to sales and serving others.  He was a Chicago Cubs fan all the way and also a fan of the Carolina Tarheels.  Brandon will always be remembered for his love and desire to make people laugh and enjoy life.  He enjoyed the roles of friend, brother, and son, but his most rewarding role in life was being a father to his son, Forrest.

Brandon leaves to cherish his memory his son, Forrest Wayne Seaman-Rudd; mother, Angie Rudd; father Steven Rudd and wife Kathy; sister, Brittany Spencer and husband Trevor; niece, Hadley and nephew, Isaac; stepsisters, Jessica Deese and Amanda Bergsma; aunt Karen Rudd and uncle Tim Rudd.

Brandon was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jevetta Henley Crews and grandparents, Wayne and Jean Rudd.

The family will receive visitors from 6:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M on Thursday, June 3, 2021, at Crossover Community Church, 711 Knightdale Avenue, High Point, NC. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 P.M., with Jeff Webster officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the fund set up to benefit Brandon's son, Forrest.
