Pastor Stephen Curtis Brown, 63, of Randleman, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at High Point Regional Hospital.

Born September 2, 1954, in Guilford County, he was a son of Shelby Norman Ivery of High Point, and the late Delma Brown. Pastor Brown was a member of Bales Wesleyan Church where he was Visitation Pastor and Sunday School Teacher. He was also a Lieutenant at Pinecroft Sedgefield Volunteer Fire Department.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Daisy Turner Brown of the home; son, Mike Turner and wife Amber of Trinity; brothers, Tim Brown of Thomasville, Jeff Ivery and wife Debbie of Thomasville; sister, Sherrie Beeson of Archdale; grandchildren, Kaylee Turner and Dylan Turner.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday, September 8, 2017, at Bales Wesleyan Church with Pastor Carl Pulliam officiating. Burial will follow in Guilford Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM prior to the service at the church.
