Shirley Jean Sheets, 75, of Trinity, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born June 29, 1940 in Xenia, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Paul G. Sheets and the late Marie Truesdale Sheets. Mrs. Sheets was a wonderful mother and who loved her family very dearly. She will be greatly missed.

Mrs. Sheets is survived by her son, Greg Sheets and wife Vickie of Archdale; daughters, Kim White of High Point and Pam Bumgardner and husband Chris of Lexington; brothers, Paul Sheets and Robert Sheets both of Wisconsin; daughter-in-law, Gwen Sheets of Trinity; grandchildren, Allen Davis, Crystal Edwards, Andrew White, Christopher Sheets, Hunter Sheets, Tyler Wilmoth. Cameron Bumgardner, and Blake Sheets; great-grandchildren, Sierra Davis, Abby Davis and Mason Edwards.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Everette E. Sheets in 1997 and her son, Eric W. Sheets.

Memorial services will be conducted at 4:00 PM Saturday, April 23, 2016 in the Gathering Room of Wright Cremation & Funeral Service. The family will receive friends following the service.
