Sharon Diane (Harris) Zimmerman

Sharon Diane Harris Zimmerman, 80, of Thomasville, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020, at her home.

Born March 16, 1940, in Detroit, Michigan, she was a daughter of the late Harmon Harris and the late Blossom Lovitky Harris.  Sharon was a registered nurse.

She is survived by her son, Frank Zimmerman of Elizabeth City, NC; daughters, Lisa Bontempo (Steve) of Elizabeth City, NC and Marci Holder (Michael) of Thomasville; sisters, Rebecca Toby of Michigan and Sheila Domian (Bob) of California; grandchildren, Daniel Beacham, Bryan Beacham (Aaron), Kyle Beacham (Vanessa), Katelyn Beacham, Alyssa Holder (Anita), Joseph Holder, Britney Zimmerman, Sarah Zimmerman, and Isaiah Zimmerman; great grandchildren, Charles, Zayne, Kynlee, Landon, Caden, Gracelynn, Adalee, and Lyam.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, CW04 Frank Zimmerman USCG Retired.
