Shannon Douglas Johnson

Shannon Douglas Johnson, 37, of Lexington, Nc, passed away on January 3, 2022 at Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem.

Shannon was born in High Point, NC to Emma and Carl Johnson on November 21, 1984. He worked as a mechanic but to him it wasn’t a job. He always had a true passion for working on vehicles. He also played many sports growing up but loved football the most. He loved to cook for his friends and family. His favorite place to visit was the beach.

Shannon is preceded in death by his sister Rhonda Gay Johnson and his brother Roger Dewayne Johnson.

Shannon is survived by his fiancée Victoria Baity, his daughter Summer Gomez-Lebron (Josue), his sons Austin Douglas Johnson, William Caiden Johnson, and Dalton McDaniels, his mother Emma Johnson, his father Carl Douglas Johnson, his sister Jessica Elizabeth Brewer (Scottie, his brothers Jeff Johnson (Cindy) and Carl N. Johnson (Chastidy), his grandchildren Natalleigh Ann Gomez-Lebron and Josue Gomez-Lebron Jr, he also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life has been planned for 4 pm January 15, 2022 at Gods Revival Ministries located at 111 Sedgehill Drive, Thomasville, NC 27360.
