Sandra Kay (Cummings) Smith

Sandra Kay Cummings Smith, 67, of Thomasville, passed away Friday, September 13, 2024, at her home.

Born February 20, 1957, in Forsyth County, she was the daughter of the late Alton William Cummings and the late Gertie Bell Cummings.  Sandra was a homemaker and also the caregiver to her mother.

She is survived by brothers, Sammy Cummings (Candace) and Donald Cummings; and nieces and nephews, Samantha Varney (Nathan), Kasey Smith (David), Sarah Profit (Kyler), Reagan Cummings, Dana Lopp (Mike), Natalie Cummings, Amber Cummings, Wendy Cummings, and Spencer Keaton (Taylor).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Alton Gray Cummings and Tommy Ray Cummings, and nephew, Kenneth Cummings.

Memorial services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday, September 21, 2024, in the High Point Chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Rev. Barney Law and Rev. Bill Watson officiating.

The family will visit with friends following the service.
