Roy Lawson Dixon, Sr.

Roy Lawson Dixon, Sr., 87, of Trinity, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021, at his home.

Born February 14, 1934, in Shelby, North Carolina, he was a son of the late Benjamin Dixon, Sr. and the late Selma Cavenus Dixon. Roy was a retired supervisor with Pearson Furniture Company.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-four years, Barbara Sue Driver Dixon of the home; sons, Roy Dixon, Jr. and wife Ginger, and Rhon Dixon all of Florida; stepson, Robert Pittman of Georgia; brother, Howard Dixon of Kings Mountain; sister, Millie Dixon of South Carolina; grandchildren, Skyler, Alex, Lauren, Joshua, Jenny, Brittany, and Dakota; great-grandchildren, Caydence, Hayley, Jaxon, and Brody.

A celebration of Life will be held from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM Saturday, December 11, 2021, at the family home, 6514 Autumn Woods Ct. Trinity.
