Roy Clifford Cruthis, 62, of Jewel Ave., passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016 at High Point Regional Hospital.

He was born May 24, 1954 in Guilford County.

Mr. Cruthis is survived by his mother, Robin Dutkiewicz; two sisters, Mickey Sports and Terrie Keever; and one brother, Tony Cruthis.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Cruthis and brother, Perry Dean Cruthis.

A visitation and memorial service will be held at Jamestown Church of God on Harvey Rd in Jamestown at 6:00 PM Tuesday, August 2, 2016.
