Ronnie Kent Sloop
Ronald (Ronnie) Kent Sloop, 77, of High Point, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at Hospice Home in High Point.
Born October 11, 1943, in Guilford County, he was a son of the late Holland Sloop and the late Eva Davis Sloop. Ronnie was the owner of Sloop Fire Extinguishers, and was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church
He is survived by sons, Rob Sloop (Morgan) and Jacob Sloop both of High Point; daughters, Kim S. Mathai (Michael) of High Point, and Dr. Sue Sloop (Gregg Fellows) of Atlanta, Georgia; grandchildren, Alexander Mathai, Olivia Mathai, Holland (HK) Sloop, and Lily Kate Sloop.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Crowder Sloop, and a brother, Larry Sloop.
Services will be private for the family.
