Ronald William Shaw, 62, of High Point, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at his home.

Born December 15, 1956, in Guilford County, he was the son of the late Melvin Clanton Shaw and the late Rose Marie Mooney Shaw.  Ronald was a cabinet maker for Marsh Furniture, and a member of Mitchell’s Grove United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his brother, Donald Shaw and wife Cathy of Archdale; half- brother, Melvin C. Shaw, Jr. and wife Leona of Clinton, OK; half-sister, Emma Caskadon and husband Bobby of Statesville; nieces, Heather Shaw and Dawn Shaw; and a nephew, Kenny Shaw; aunt, Kay Barnes and husband Milton of High Point; and uncle, Bill Mooney and wife Hazel of High Point; and several other nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his best friend David Morris.

Memorial services will be conducted at 5:00 PM Sunday, August 11, 2019, at Mitchell's Grove United Methodist Church.

The family will receive friends beginning at 4:30 PM
