Ronald Eugene Parrish, Sr.

Ronald Eugene Parrish, Sr., 84, of Trinity, passed away Monday, June 1, 2026, in Henderson, NC.

Born July 20, 1941, in High Point, to the late Henry Benson Parrish and the late Mary Ruth Kernodle Parrish.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jane Ervin.

Ronald was a man of many trades; he was a truck driver most of his career. He was loving called “Pops” by his grandchildren

Left to cherish his memory, his wife, Glenda Parrish; son, Ron Parrish and wife Ashley of Efland; daughter, Lora Ann Laster and husband Mike of Trinity; grandchildren, Amber Richardson (Matt Robertson), Aaron Laster (Jocelin Knight), and Wyatt Parrish; great grandchildren, Trinity Richardson, Kinsley Gobble , Blake Laster, and Millie Laster; brothers Wayne Parrish and Jimmy Parrish; and his sisters, Ann Vickers, and Gail Parrish.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Monday, June 8, 2026, in the Archdale chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Pastor Michael Mabe officiating.

Burial will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM prior to the service.
