Rita Faye Hudspeth Welborn, 68, of Jamestown, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the Hospice Home of High Point.

Born May 19, 1958, in High Point, she was a daughter of the late Roy Cletus Hudspeth and the late Esther Pardue Hilton.

On July 4, 1983, she married her beloved husband, Jeffrey Hall Welborn, and together they celebrated 43 years of marriage. She and Jeff own Welborn Tractor & Hauling, LLC. She was a long-time member of Cloverdale Church of the Living God.

Left to cherish her memory; her husband, Jeff Welborn of the home; sons, Brandon Johnson of Oxford, AL, and Jonathan Welborn and wife Holly of Randleman; grandchildren, Katie Johnson, Brennen Welborn, Willow Welborn, Kaylee Johnson, and Lucas Hunt; brothers, Odell Hudspeth, and Edward Hudspeth; and her sisters, Linda Baird and Donna Compton.

Funeral will be 11:00AM Monday, July 13, 2026, in the High Point chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations; 1720 Westchester Dr., High Point; with Reverend David Younger officiating.

Burial will follow in the Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 4:00-5:30PM Sunday, at the funeral home.
