Richard Harold Martin

Richard Harold Martin, 71, of Thomasville, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022, at Thomasville Medical Center.

Born January 18, 1951, in Davidson County, he was the son of the late William Harold Martin and the late Lila Hill Martin. Richard was a retired automotive service manager and a member of Rich Fork Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Wilma Runyon Martin of the home; sons, Chris Martin and wife Julie of High Point, Ricky Martin of Greensboro, and Jesse Martin of Thomasville; daughter, Barbi Bruton of Thomasville; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Becky Church, and sister, Shirley Williams.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3:00 PM until 4:30 PM Sunday, December 11, 2022, at Wright Funerals-Cremations, High Point.
