Raymond Thomas Stoney

Raymond Thomas Stoney, 87, of Colfax, passed away Monday, March 3. 2025, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born March 11, 1937, in Boston, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Walter Stoney and the late Lena Belinsky Stoney.  Raymond worked as a manager in the textile industry.

He is survived by a son, Raymond Stoney, Jr. of Canton, Massachusetts;  daughter Christine Gassaway (Jesse) of Colfax; brother, Frank Stoney; sisters, Carol Jobsky (William), Cynthia Vey (Joseph), Jeanne Stoney, and Barbara Castenheira (Carlos); and one grandchild, Gregory Stoney.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by a brother, Walter Stoney and a sister, Leona Lotz.
