Pauline Vines Harger, 70, of High Point, passed away on August 11, 2019 in Asheville, NC.
Pauline was born in Elizabethton, Tennessee to Roy Vines and Anna Potter on July 8, 1949. She went to GTCC later in life where she received her GED. She did lots of volunteer work with children and survivors of domestic violence. She was also an ordained minister and loved to witness to people about Jesus. She loved the Bible and God very much. She loved to sing, laugh, read, write but most of all loved to spend time with all her family. Her grandchildren and great grand children were her pride and joy. She was a beautiful person on the inside and outside. She will truly be missed by all her family and friends.
Pauline is preceded in death by her dad Roy Vines and her mother Anna Potter Vines.
Pauline is survived by her daughters Flaria Parker husband Samuel of Mars Hill, NC, Nancy Byrd husband Mark of Lillington, NC, her son H. Ray Norris of High Point, her sister Fayola Sutton husband Richard of Archdale, NC, her grandchildren Linda, Ashley, Lindsey, Candace, April, and Brittany, her great grandchildren Evan, Brooke, Kayley, Ciara, Chloe, Erica, Madison. She also leaves behind two nephews Jamie and Steven.
There will be a Graveside Service at 2pm Friday, Aug. 16, at Floral Garden Cemetery, 1730 West English Rd, High Point, NC 27262. Rev. LG Wood will be officiating.
