Paul Smoot

Marvin Paul Smoot, 66, of Lexington, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at his home.

Born April 4, 1959, in Davidson County, he was a son of the late John Roy Smoot and the late Elizabeth Craig Smoot.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth Smoot, Leonard Smoot, Bill Smoot, and Tommy Smoot.

Left to cherish his memory; his brothers, David Smoot and wife Yolanda, and Stephen Smoot and wife Delores; and his sister, Ann Smoot.

No formal services will be held.
