Patricia Jane (Proctor) Grant

Patricia Jane Proctor Grant, 81, of High Point, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020, at Wesley Long Hospital.

Born June 10, 1939, in Guilford County, she was a daughter of the late Rexford Neville Proctor and the late Margaret Jane Vestal Proctor. Mrs. Grant was a retired bookkeeper with Orkin Pest Control and a member of Life on Lexington.

She is survived by her son, Kevin Grant and wife Sharon of High Point; daughter, Kay Collins and husband Darrell of High Point; brothers, Donald Proctor and wife Joanne of High Point, and Dennis Proctor and wife Jennie of Winston-Salem; grandchildren, Brandon, Will, Jordon, Austin, and Ashley; great-grandchildren, Caleb, Hunter, and Raleigh James.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Kelly Grant; and son, Jay Grant.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 28, 2020, in the chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Rev. Deon Parker officiating. Burial will follow in Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM prior to the service at the funeral home.
