Patricia Collins Leonard, 64, of Pine Bluff Dr., passed away Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Hinkle Hospice House.

Born July 19, 1951 in Guilford County, she was the daughter of the late Curtis William Collins and the late Mae Mounts Collins. Mrs. Leonard was a homemaker.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Freeman of FL; brothers, Darrell Collins and wife Kathy of Kernersville, Larry Collins and wife Linda of High Point and Tony Collins and wife Beth of Kernersville; aunt, Zella Mullins; cousins, Eddie Mullins, Don Penny and Cathy Spivey all of High Point and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Noal Freeman, her second husband, Benny Leonard; and brother, Curtis Collins, Jr.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Sunday, June 5, 2016 at Hilliard Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Jack Rose officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 2:45 PM Sunday prior to the service at the church.
