Eleanor "Pat" Mills

Eleanor "Pat" Smith Mills, 91, passed away at her daughter, Kathy's home in Powell, TN.

Born October 27, 1933, in Angier, NC, she was a daughter of the late Grover Artis Smith and the late Carrie Messer Smith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Buddy, Ralston, G.A., Charlie, Billy and Loyce; and her sisters, Shirley, Alda and Mary.

Left to cherish her memory, her son, Paul Mills and wife Paula of Holly Springs; daughters, Kathy Gencay and husband Dave of Powell, TN, and Patti Owen of Wilmington; grandchildren, Stetson, Grayson, Olivia, Kaitlyn, Ryan and Joshua; and her great grandchildren, Violet and Hudson.

Mrs. Mills was a longtime Guidance Counselor at Trinity High School and a member of Green Street Baptist Church.

A private graveside will be held at Floral Garden Park Cemetery.
