Pamela Benton Meyer
Bolivia
Pamela Benton Meyer of Bolivia, NC, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at Hospice Home at High Point, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Pamela was originally from Brooklyn, NY.
Pamela loved traveling, reading, quilting, and spending time with her family. She appreciated the finer things in life like art and jewelry. She had a warm personality and a wicked sense of humor.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-two years, William Henry Meyer and their two daughters, Kristen Meyer (David) and Barbara Meyer Campbell (Chip). Pamela’s greatest pride was her two grandsons, Kyle Benton Campbell and Carson William Campbell.
Pamela is also survived by her sister, Barbara Benton Otto (William) and their children, William Otto (Cami) and Karen Otto Sullivan (Matt). Pamela also leaves behind a loving grand-nephew, Gavin Michael Sullivan, and grand-niece, Addison Lily Sullivan.
A celebration of life service is planned for Saturday, June 30, 2018, at 10:00 AM. The service will be held at Oak Ridge United Methodist Church, 2424 Oak Ridge Road, Oak Ridge, NC 27310.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Dr., High Point, NC 27262.
