Pamela “Pam” Ziglar Johnson, 66, of Winston Salem, NC passed away on May 5, 2019, surrounded by her family at Baptist Hospital Cancer Center.

Pam was the devoted wife of Ted R. Johnson who proceeded her in death after 38 years of marriage.  She was the daughter of the late Paul and Ellen Ziglar, sister and sister-in-law of the late Steve & Kathy Ziglar.  She was a dedicated wife and mother who spent her life living for her children, grandchildren, family and friends.

She is survived by her “special” daughter, Lori Johnson of Winston Salem; “favorite” son and daughter-in-law, Josh and Susan Hull of Clemmons; grandson and granddaughter-in-law Richard and Effie Johnson, granddaughter and grandson-in-law Morgan and Andy Andrews, grandson Tristian Hull; great grandchildren Bella, Zach, Kyersten, Lexi and Little Miss Emma. (We all know she liked the grandchildren and great grandchildren the best).  Brothers Gary Ziglar and wife Brenda Of Garden City, SC, Terry Ziglar and wife Marnie of Brooksville, Fl; sisters, Sharon Creasman and husband Chan of Thomasville, Robyn Nifong and Johnny Styers of Winston Salem, and lots of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life will be Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Shady Grove Methodist Church, 167 Shady Grove Church Road, Winston Salem, NC  27107.  Visitation is from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM.  Memorial at 12:00 PM followed by a graveside service at Parklawn Memorial Gardens, 2730 Peters Creek Pkwy, Winston Salem, NC, where she sill be laid to rest beside her husband.

Flowers maybe sent to the church the day of the service or you can make a donation to Trellis Supportive Care in Winston Salem or Lung Cancer Research at Baptist Hospital in her honor.  Both of them took great care of Pam and the family.

She was a second mom to many, a friend to everyone, and blood wasn’t the only thing that made you family, her love for you did.
