Nathan Welch

Nathan Welch, 85, of High Point, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at his home.

Born March 19, 1935 in Glascock County, Georgia, he was the son of the late Charlie O. Welch and the late Essie Mae Newsome Welch.

Nathan retired from Walmart, was a Jehovah’s Witness and a veteran of the United States Marines.

He is survived by his wife Joan Welch of the home; sons, Jerry Welch (Sheila), Christopher Welch, and Phillip Welch all of High Point; stepson, Brian Miller; stepdaughter, Amy Tucker; grandchildren, Natalie Welch, Julie Clendenin (Jason) and Troy Christopher Welch; and two great grandchildren, Haylie and Samuel.
